Curtis L. Jenkins


Curtis L. Jenkins brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience across strategy, project management, and operational excellence. He currently serves in a senior leadership role at Solenis, where he leads enterprise initiatives focused on process improvement, disciplined execution, and scalable growth. Throughout his career, Curtis has helped organizations solve complex problems and transform bold visions into measurable results.

Beyond his corporate leadership, Curtis has held several national and professional leadership roles, including Vice President of BDPA, Forbes Coaches Council Member, and Owner of Jenkins & Associates, where he advises organizations and leaders on strategy, career development, and performance excellence. These experiences reflect his deep commitment to mentorship and professional development—values he now brings to the KB Foundation to help expand opportunity and positive pathways for youth.

Curtis holds an Executive Master’s in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
