Kerry Slade


Kerry Slade the founder and Managing Partner of Slade Law Group, where she practices contract, property and nonprofit law. 

Previously, she served on the Board of Directors of a regional healthcare nonprofit, and as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Thomas & Woods Foundation. 

She attended Northwestern University School of Law, and later received an MBA from Temple University's Fox School of Business.  She has practiced at firms in Chicago and Philadelphia, and she taught innovation and entrepreneurship at the Fox School from 2019-2022.   

In 2005, Kerry volunteered as a teacher and mentor in Malawi, East Africa, and she since has sponsored the education of over 12 of her students and friends. 

Kerry designed the Temple University course "Fundamentals of Business in Africa and the Middle East," and has written articles on culture, sustainability and financial inclusion. 

An avid camper since her teenage years, Kerry learned of KB Foundation's life skills camps and had to visit.  She has volunteered at the KB Foundation Glamp Camp for the past three years.
